Site walk
2 hours on your ground
We walk the plot with you and take the levels, the wind and the light. Within a week you receive a measured site sketch and three first ideas on one sheet.
450 euro, credited to the design fee
Sketch design
4 to 6 weeks
Plans, sections and a card model at 1:100, with a cost range from the builder we would use.
Fixed fee, agreed after the walk
Permit drawings
8 to 12 weeks
The planning set and the structural design, submitted and followed through to consent.

We only draw for ground we have walked.
