Five vats, one shirt

Each colour comes from one bath. Tap a vat and the shirt goes in.

Why we dye it last

The thread takes the dye too
Seams, buttonholes and the collar band turn the colour of the cloth, a shade deeper where the cotton is doubled.
The bath shrinks it first
Sixty degrees for forty minutes. What fits on the day it arrives fits after the fortieth wash.
Every batch is a little different
Your vat number is printed inside the collar, so you can order the same colour again.

One cut, four sizes

A straight body with room through the chest. Measured flat, after dyeing, in centimetres.
