Five things we do on every home, whether you buy, sell or let.

Measured to NEN 2580
We measure every home ourselves to the Dutch measuring standard, so the m² in our listings is the m² you get.
Drawn and photographed room by room
Each listing has a floor plan that links every photo to the room it was taken in, and the spot it was taken from.
One agent from valuation to notary
The person who values your home also shows it, negotiates and is there when the keys change hands.
Viewings six days a week
Weekdays until 18:00, Saturdays until 14:00. Book online and get a confirmation by text the same day.
Price advice in writing
Our asking price advice comes on paper, with the comparable sales it is based on.
